Whether it is a banquet or a finger buffet, all of the food we serve is expertly prepared using only the finest, fresh ingredients.

Wherever possible, we source all of our food from local producers, buying direct from the market, to ensure quality, freshness and consistency. Our team are often seen at the fruit and vegetable markets at 3am in order to select fresh produce and combine these with quality meats from local butchers.

We have also sourced premium tea and coffee for a quality flavour. This comes with the added peace of mind of being Fairtrade plus soil association and rain forest stewardship certified

Whether we are cooking in your own kitchens or in one of our fully equipped catering trucks, you can be assured that your meal will be cooked fresh for you from raw ingredients, making extensive use of fresh fruit and vegetables.
